All LUUM Workshop jewellery is handmade by Cristin in Ōtepoti-Dunedin, New Zealand.

Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 days, Monday to Friday within business hours. We reserve the right to a longer dispatch time as and when circumstances dictate, however this is unusual. 

Delivery is currently within New Zealand via NZ Post and NZ Post Courier, using tracked or tracked and signed postage bags. They are made from 80% recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable via local soft-plastic recycling schemes. NZ Post Economy aims to deliver in 3-4 working days, while NZ Courier aim to deliver overnight. Though for all deliveries, there may be delays outside of our control.

We're proud to provide our beautiful LUUM Workshop pieces in packaging that can either be recycled or reused.

The gold foiled calico bag and beautiful box work well to protect your precious jewels and can be used time and again, while the outer bag features original artwork and can be recycled.

We use recycled sterling silver where possible.
